Terms of Service

By accessing or using Grail Sail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

Grail Sail is an algorithmic trading strategy builder that allows users to construct, backtest, and generate signals for trading strategies using technical indicators. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Free accounts may use the strategy builder and run backtests. Paid subscriptions unlock daily live signal generation. Feature availability may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. During the beta period, new subscribers receive the first month free. After the free period, your subscription renews automatically at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal accessible from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute signals or backtest results commercially
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Grail Sail and protected by intellectual property laws. Your strategies and rule configurations remain your own — we do not claim ownership over them.

By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your strategy configurations solely for the purpose of running backtests and generating signals on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backtest results will be accurate or complete. Past backtested performance is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grail Sail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial losses arising from trading decisions made using the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
